Enhancing Emotional Literacy in Children
- Description
- FAQ
“Dive into research on the impact of positive emotions on children’s academic and life success.”
EXPLORE:
In this course, we will talk about how important it is for kids to feel emotionally close to their caregivers when they are young. This closeness affects how safe they feel, their confidence, how well they get along with others, and even how they learn. We will also learn about how being cared for warmly and consistently helps kids grow up to be emotionally healthy. We will look at some studies that show how good emotions can make a big difference in how well kids do in school and in life. In addition, we will do fun activities together that are perfect for kids aged 5 and older. These activities, like “Introduction with an Adjective,” “Emo Hunt,” “Finding My Family,” “Emo Climate for the Week,” and “Smiles or Tears,” will help kids learn to express, understand, and handle their feelings better.
