SUBHEADER: “Unleash Learning Potential: Harness the Benefits of Brain Breaks for Enhanced Focus and Engagement!”
EXPLORE:
This course is all about how taking short breaks called brain breaks can help teachers manage classrooms better and make students more interested in learning. These breaks, which are usually less than four minutes long, give students a chance to rest their minds, feel less stressed, pay better attention, and control themselves during lessons. They are especially good for kids who find it hard to plan or concentrate. When we mix these breaks with activities like exercise, it makes our brains work better, stops us from feeling tired quickly, makes us more creative, and helps us stay focused. We will also learn how to tell when students need breaks and choose the right ones. Overall, this course wants to make students feel more confident, happy, and strong so they can learn better in class.
